Our team will research and arrive at the best price quote for which we can rank your site on the first page of Google.com. Please note that we will need approximately 72 hrs to research your keywords and develop the price quote.
- Step 2: Once you agree to the price quote, you will be sent an agreement document which will detail all the clauses, terms and conditions that will be in place for the Guaranteed First Page Placement service offered by us.
- Step 3: You will place a 50% deposit in escrow at http://www.safefunds.com
- Step 4: Once we hit the top 10 you must release the deposit from escrow within 3 days of the Ranking Achieved Date.
You don’t have to pay a dime until we get your site on Top 10 of Google.com.

- Step 5: We maintain the rankings for a period of 30 days after the Ranking Achieved Date. At completion of the 30 days ranking period the remaining 50% payment will be due. The ranking will be tested on SEOMOZ.org with Google.com as the search engine chosen and the field for Country chosen as US (United States of America). Please note that Google does tweak its results based on the IP of the user. For eg., If you search for a particular term "xxxxxxxx" on Google.com from New York and the same term from Los Angeles, though it is the same Google.com on your browser, you tend to see different results. Now that we understand this concept how can we arrive at a unanimous solution? What we would suggest for you to do is to test your results against SEOMOZ.org with the country chosen as US. SEOMOZ.org‘s rank checker tool is what all webmasters would highly recommend.

What happens if you are unable to rank my site?
Answer:
Now this is a rare scenario. For some odd reason, we might have a keyword or two which we are unable to bring to the top 10 of Google.com. If we are unable to bring the URL to the first page of Google.com within the 6 month period, you will not be charged a single cent for the entire service rendered by us during this 6 month tenure.

Can I terminate the agreement before the 6 month period?

If a client wishes to terminate the agreement any time before the stipulated 6 month tenure, the
Client is liable to pay the entire fee agreed in this agreement. The reason this clause is being added is because we have had some clients in the past who terminate the agreement once they see their SERPS between 10 and 20 or when we are so close to ranking them on Page 1 of Google.com only to evade from paying us for our hard work we have invested. Because they know we have already done the lion’s share of the work required in getting their site from nowhere to Top 20 of Google.com. Don’t you think it is only fair that we add this to our terms and conditions in the Agreement?

Is there a maintenance phase after the initial rankings?

There are instances where the rankings tend to fluctuate between first page and second. So here is how we calculate “First Page Stay”. We compensate those days that the rankings have missed out by extending the same number of days. In all, our guarantee is that we keep your keyword/website on Page 1 of Google.com for 30 days.

I have a list of 100 keywords for my site, will you provide a price quote for each one?
Answer:
We receive about 200 to 500 price quotes every day with each client asking for about 3 to 4 keywords. It is humanly impossible for us to send you a price quote for any and every keyword. Hence to serve all clients equally, we limit the number of keywords per client to 5 keywords until you have completed a campaign with us.
